Winery/Wine Agent accepts all risks and assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of injury to person(s) or damage to exhibitor’s display, equipment, inventory or other property brought upon the premises of Vancouver Convention Centre (“VCC”), other festival venues, and agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Vancouver International Wine Festival Society (the “Society”), VCC and their respective directors, officers, members, owners, agents and employees against all claims and expense related to such losses, including reasonable legal expenses, excluding only any liability caused by the gross negligence of the Society, VCC and their respective directors, officers, members, owners, agents and employees.
