2026 WINERY APPLICATIONS
Thank you for your interest in the Vancouver International Wine Festival.
Applications for the 47th Vancouver International Wine Festival are now open until June 15, 2025.
The 47th annual festival will take place from March 7 to 14, 2026 and will feature France as the theme country, and Rosé as the global spotlight.
VanWineFest is a curated festival. Winery applications must be submitted by a registered and active BC wine agent on behalf of suppliers they represent in the BC market. All applications will be reviewed by a knowledgeable Winery Selection Committee (made up of wine professionals, media, and aficionados, including the BCLIQUOR category manager for the theme country).

Theme Country Fees
Theme country fees will apply to all selected French wineries. Funds received from French wineries will go overall costs associated with the French-themed section in the Tasting Room, including branding and décor; promotional expenses and other French-specific marketing support.
Please note: Registration information does not carry over from the previous festival or, prior to May 15, 2025.
